  • TicketSalesNOW.com and/or Rittenhouse Entertainment, Inc., and its employees and owner are not responsible for closed venues and canclled shows.  Some events may not have physical tickets to email or mail out via first class mail.  In these events the buyer is still responsible for the 'Tickets by Email' fee per ticket.  This covers the processing of the order through TicketSalesNOW.com.  You may have the option to buy directly from the promoter.  Please contact the location of the event for further information on purchasing through the promoter.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Ticket Sales Now ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Return Policy

    TicketSalesNOW.com purchases are non refundable.  TicketSalesNOW.com, Rittenhouse Entertainment, Inc., and its employees and owner are not responsible for closed venues and canclled shows.  It is up to the individual promoter to refund only the cost of the ticket not TicketSalesNOW.com.  Handling fees are never refunded.
